Am I locked into a contract?

No. Pixport is month-to-month and you can cancel anytime from your account settings — no phone call, no retention script. Annual billing is optional and simply saves you 20%.

How do online payments work?

Payments are powered by Stripe. Customers pay by card, tap-to-pay link, or QR code, and funds are deposited to your bank account on Stripe's standard payout schedule. Standard Stripe processing fees apply; Pixport adds no markup on payments.

Will my techs actually use the mobile app?

That's the point of it. Techs see only their own jobs, tap “on my way,” shoot photos with the native camera, and collect a signature at completion. It works offline in basements and dead zones and syncs when a signal returns. Most crews are comfortable within a day.

Can I bring in my existing customers and price list?
